Established in 2010, The Cake Company is the brain-child of owner and cake artist Katrina van Gaalen. Katrina discovered there was a gap in the market for cakes that looked incredible and tasted even more so.

With more than 3 years experience in the hospitality industry behind her, she picked up her whisks and began whisking up taste and design. The finished product is one of quality and passion.
